Jasmine has experience providing individual, family, couples, and group therapy services, including parent training, in both English and Spanish. She has worked as a clinical therapist in community college, university, private practice, and outpatient hospital settings with individuals of diverse ages and backgrounds. She has also provided psychological testing services in college and outpatient mental health settings to adolescents and adults.

Her style of therapy is holistic and collaborative as she works closely with clients and other providers to support healing and growth. She generally utilizes person-centered, attachment-based, and insight-oriented interventions during sessions but also uses CBT and DBT with individuals who may benefit from a more structured approach. Additionally, she is an adjunct faculty member in The Chicago School of Professional Psychology’s BA program, which has enriched her clinical practice.

Jasmine is a Chicago native and lives in the city with her partner and sweet black Labrador Retriever, Banksy. She has many interests, including cooking, making art in various forms, listening to music, watching movies/shows, and teaching and practicing yoga. She also loves to travel and has had the good fortune of working abroad extensively.
