Lamese is a Doctoral Intern with specialization in clinical psychology. She has over 5 years of experience in working with children, adolescence, and adults who are struggling with a variety of mental health concerns and psychosocial stress. She values practicing within a multidisciplinary setting that emphasizes collaboration and a team-based approach to working with children and families.
Lamese’s outpatient clinical practice includes therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults for adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, as well as mood and behavioral disorders. She places an emphasis on client centered therapy and meeting her patients where they are. She integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) which examines the connection between situations and an individual’s emotions, behaviors, physical cues, and thought patterns. She recognizes the significance of family dynamics and the impact it drives into the treatment and care for her patients.
In her free time, Lamese enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, hiking, and baking.
