At times during life, individuals can become stuck and feel they are unable to move forward. I enjoy assisting my patients in gaining effective coping strategies and improve quality of life. As a psychotherapist, I provide an environment of safety for my patients using empathy and compassion. Treatment planning begins with a comprehensive intake process to assess current symptoms and goals to provide an individualized approach to meet patient needs.

I am trained in therapeutic interventions including CBT, DBT, ACT, and client-centered therapy. I treat individuals diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and bipolar disorder. I work with populations across the lifespan, including adolescents, adults, and couples.
