Haley Dee is a pre-doctoral intern in clinical psychology at MiraCare, where she provides therapy services to children and adolescents. Throughout her clinical training, Haley has worked with children, adolescents, and families across a variety of settings, including therapeutic schools, inpatient psychiatric care, and outpatient practice. Her clinical experience includes supporting youth with a range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns, with particular experience working with neurodivergent children and adolescents.

Haley approaches therapy from a relational and play-based perspective, recognizing that children and adolescents often communicate and connect in ways that extend beyond traditional talk therapy. She incorporates behavioral and cognitive-behavioral strategies while using creativity, play, and developmentally appropriate activities to make therapy engaging and meaningful for each individual. Haley places particular importance on building a strong therapeutic relationship and creating an environment where young people feel comfortable being themselves. She works collaboratively with children, adolescents, and their families to understand each individual’s strengths and needs and tailors treatment accordingly.

Outside of her clinical work, Haley enjoys creating art, going to the zoo, attending concerts, and relaxing at home with her cat, Maverick.
