Eden Forman is a doctoral intern at MiraCare, where she provides therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. She has experience providing individual therapy, group therapy, and parent support in outpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings.
Eden works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, neurodevelopmental differences (ADHD, autism, intellectual disability), and life transitions. Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, drawing from acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, neurodivergent-affirming principles, and play therapy when appropriate.
Eden believes that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and accepted for who they are. She views therapy as a collaborative process and strives to create a space where patients feel comfortable being themselves, exploring challenges, and celebrating growth along the way. With empathy, curiosity, and compassion, she meets patients where they are and works alongside them to help them better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic.
