Jacqueline is a Doctoral intern conducting assessment and therapy services at MiraCare. She is currently immersed in the final year of her doctoral degree in clinical psychology at Midwestern University, Glendale. Jacqueline has a diverse background spanning a variety of settings, including private practice and community mental health. Her experience encompasses working with individuals of all ages, illustrating versatility and adaptability in the field. She also has experience conducting psychological and neuropsychological assessments with children, adolescents, and adults, showcasing her comprehensive approach to understanding cognitive and emotional well-being. Jacqueline’s approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, aiming to blend empathy and warmth to create a nurturing environment. She utilizes a cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy and integrates a range of treatment modalities tailored to each individual’s needs. She is committed to establishing a safe and reassuring space for children and adolescents during psychological assessments. Jacqueline believes that psychological assessment offers unparalleled insight into one’s psychological health and overall functioning, which is integral to determining an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plan. Jacqueline feels honored and committed to helping children, adolescents, and families achieve a full and meaningful life.

In her free time, Jacqueline loves to hike with her two dogs, as well as spending time with family and friends. She enjoys reading, listening to music, and exploring the Chicago area.
