Clinical Experience/philosophy: I began working at PBHP/MiraCare as a doctoral intern in August 2019 and decided to continue here for my post-doctoral training and beyond. Prior to pursuing my graduate education, I worked in the medical field in both hospital and outpatient settings. Over time, my interest in medicine transformed into a desire to provide support and understanding for individuals in a different way and I found my place in the field of psychology. My clinical training has offered opportunities to work with individuals across the lifespan with a variety of different backgrounds, experiences, challenges, and strengths. Prior to joining PBHP/MiraCare, I spent multiple years training in neuropsychology and assessment, as well as therapy based in interpersonal and insight-oriented approaches integrated with CBT and DBT interventions. My clinical interests include working with individuals who may be experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression and mood disorders, trauma, grief and loss, and attachment and relationships difficulties, among other presenting issues. I believe that we can learn a lot about people through looking at their experiences and interactions with others, which affect their perceptions of self and the world around them. I am passionate about providing care and encouragement to support individuals on their journeys toward growth, change, and an increased understanding of themselves. I believe it is essential to provide a safe and validating environment in which individuals can explore and create new ways of being and relating within the therapeutic space.

Roles at the practice: I am a clinical psychology post-doctoral fellow. I see patients for individual therapy and am also involved in psychological assessment. I very much appreciate the team atmosphere at our practice, as it is fundamental for collaboration and consultation.

Personal Note: I have two beautiful cats at home who bring me joy and many laughs each and every day. I love spending time with my family and am an avid lover of music, books, and true crime. I truly enjoy new opportunities to learn and grow in both my personal and professional life.
