Roxanne is a doctoral intern conducting assessment and therapy services at Miracare. After attaining her master’s degree, Roxanne is currently in her final year of obtaining her doctorate at California Lutheran University. Her current pursuit focuses on clinical psychology, with a specialization in neuropsychology. Drawing from a dynamic background enriched by experiences in academic medical centers and outpatient private practices, Roxanne has cultivated a robust skill set in lifespan psychological and neuropsychological assessment. At the core of Roxanne’s philosophy is collaboration. She embraces a collaborative approach that engages patients and their families in the treatment process, aiming to elevate overall functioning and quality of life. Her profound empathy and nuanced understanding of each patient’s unique circumstances form the cornerstone of her therapeutic endeavors. With a steadfast commitment to patient well-being, Roxanne is dedicated to creating empathetic and safe therapeutic and testing environments. Her comprehensive approach draws from a variety of perspectives, ensuring precise case conceptualization and tailored treatment strategies to address the unique needs of each individual.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Roxanne enjoys spending time with her puppy, exercising, and exploring the vibrant Chicagoland area. These personal interests reflect her holistic outlook on life and her dedication to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
