Tript (THUR-RIP-IT) Bajwa, PMHNP-BC is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner with Full Practice Authority in Illinois, bringing expertise and compassion to her work since 2019. With experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, she specializes in treating children, adolescents, and adults.
Tript holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Bachelor’s in Nursing from IUPUI, and a Master’s in Nursing with a psychiatry focus from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has received extensive training alongside child/adolescent and general psychiatry specialists and has completed training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. Currently, she is expanding her expertise by pursuing a fellowship in Integrative and Functional Medicine through Psychiatry Redefined.
She believes mental health care is more than just prescribing medication—it’s about understanding the whole person and seeing the bigger picture. Her approach involves taking a deep dive into each patient’s history to craft personalized, holistic treatment plans.
At Miracare, Tript provides compassionate care to children, adolescents, and adults. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, their three children (twin mom!), and one fur baby. Together, they enjoy traveling, staying active, exploring the outdoors, and indulging in great food.
